As you breathe, suspend, just for a moment, any disbelief you have that you cannot do remote viewing. It is absolutely imperative that you believe, at least for the moment, that you can be successful at remote viewing in order to have it be successful. You must believe that you can see people, objects and things that you cannot view with your five senses.
Fourth, complete a simple remote viewing exercise by practicing viewing your own body. Imagine and believe that you can see your body outside of yourself, such as if you were outside of your physical body staring back at yourself. At this stage, it?s important to persevere as it can be a little difficult to accomplish in the beginning stages.
After you have successfully viewed your own body from outside yourself, try more difficult remote viewing techniques by trying to see and view familiar places and objects in your house or the building in which you?re located. Progressing from simple exercises to more difficult ones will help build up your belief reservoir when it comes time for advanced exercises.
These remote viewing techniques should help you begin to see remote viewing as a natural, easy process that you have the ability to do. You just have to learn how to tap into it.
