You Can Learn The Real Secrets Of Power Of Mind
Years ago society was introduced to a long line of commercials to help teens stay away from drugs. The main goal was to penetrate the subconscious mind and let them know, ‘The mind is a terrible thing to waste.’ It worked and even though the 60s and 70s were the mainstay for drugs, in the eighties those numbers diminished. All because we were able to harness the power of mind, the benefits swelled.
We understand it was a long time ago, but understanding the power of mind has been studied for generations. Most recently you’ve probably been subjected to The Secret, which is a documentary revolving around the Law of Attraction. If you haven’t seen the movie or read the book, it basically tells us that we can attract anything we think about each day.
Proof of this can be seen in scientific studies everywhere, in the medical world it is known as the Placebo Effect. There is an old adage that even evokes the sentiments, ‘Mind over matter.’ That means that if you don’t mind it doesn’t matter, and if you do mind then it will matter. Undoubtedly you have seen people ‘think’ themselves sick, and you have seen them ‘think’ themselves well. Our mind power is incredible.
Have you ever had the voice in your head telling you that what you are about to do will bring problems? It happens all the time, but only a few of actually listen. A great example is those of you who have road rage. Do you yell and scream at the individuals who are driving too slow in front of you? Does that inner voice say it’s going to come back to haunt you? Most likely it will, even if it’s 5 or 6 hours from now.
This thought process works its way into quantum physics. What quantum physics teaches us is that you create the energy that surrounds. Without going into a deep technical answer, the short version is that you create everything around you. In fact, it tells us that the observer is the one that creates matter and energy, which is what your world is made up of today.
Many scientists now believe that all so called ’supernatural’ powers such as esp, telepathy, remote viewing, psychic and clairvoyant phenomena can be explained in terms of quantum theory. In short - everything we see, hear and feel is merely a creation of our thoughts! Nothing is solid; it is all energy and this energy has been created by the power of our minds.
Although you may not even have considered it before; learning how to use the power of your mind is vitally important to having a great life! Obviously it is better to have your assets working for you instead of working against you. Let’s take a closer look at how to use the power of your mind to achieve what you want.
First you need to have a clear goal in mind. Make it a very clear goal, very precise. Don’t just make the goal having a lot of money, give that money an amount. Once you have that in mind you need to direct every mental action towards achieving the goal. Most importantly that direction needs to be constant, not occasional. This is difficult when you consider the fact that in any given amount of time you have 30 different thoughts racing through your head.
One thing to keep in mind is that you’re going to be hearing all kinds of thoughts throughout the day. This will cause the first few instances to be difficult when focusing on a positive matter like your next goal. Even though you might be telling yourself this is going to happen, there will be a host of other inner voices telling you why it’s a mistake. Don’t worry; it’s normal and just part of your training.
Seriously, when you go to bed tonight, start telling yourself that tomorrow is going to be a good day. We even suggest writing a few notes that can be placed on your clock, on the bathroom mirror, the closet where the towels are, the fridge, your car, and anywhere else you visit regularly in your home. Then when you wake up in the morning and hit the snooze button, you’ll feel that posty-note that reads, ‘Today is going to be a good day.’ The domino effect will begin and you’ll find yourself living your life in a positive matter. Oh, and if something doesn’t go the way it was supposed, just put a positive spin on it. For instance, if you spill your coffee just remember that everything happens for a reason. It could be the difference between hitting all the green lights to work or stopping because they’re all red.
We have several different examples, but it’s important for you to make your own. Once you see it all happening around you, start having bigger goals. Maybe you want a vacation and need that extra money for the trip. Do you go get another job and be exhausted? Probably not, but if you cut out one or two things from your weekly regimen (eating out, golfing, the movies, or even expensive snacks), you can save for the vacation. Remember it’s mind over matter, not the other way around.
In all seriousness, you can do this with anything your heart desires. Just remember to think about a small go the first time around and then make it happen. If you can clearly define that goal, you will be amazed at the overall benefits.
